We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Forever Dog products.
• Products may be returned opened or unopened, provided they are in good condition and include all original components and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the item must be returned once delivered.
Opened or tested products are eligible for return under our 90-day money-back guarantee, as long as they are not damaged, misused, or altered beyond normal inspection.
You can cancel your order up to 1h after placing it. After that, you will need to wait to receive the product and return it to us to get your refund.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise by our support team. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are claiming that an item arrived defective or damaged, photo or video evidence is required before any refund or replacement can be processed. This allows us to verify the claim, maintain product quality control, and comply with carrier insurance requirements.
Please note that personal dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of product features, or design expectations (such as plug-in requirements or size preferences) do not qualify as “defective” or “damaged” under our return policy.
Products that function as described on our website and advertisements are considered acceptable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note: Products that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper setup, or pet-related damage (e.g., chewed cords, broken parts, bite marks, etc.) are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DELIVERY AND LIABILITY AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been marked as “delivered” by the courier to the shipping address provided at checkout, Forever Dog® is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.Our responsibility of handling the packages ends upon confirmed delivery within our standard shipping window of 6–10 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery location.If a package is stolen or goes missing after successful delivery, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds or replacements.
CHANGES AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify delivery instructions, update addresses, or add custom notes to the package. Any changes to delivery must be made directly with the shipping provider using the tracking information provided. We recommend ensuring all information is accurate before placing your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If a customer fails to provide the requested evidence or does not respond to our support team’s emails regarding their return request, the claim may be considered abandoned or invalid in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer laws.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
